This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and when it may be shared when you use the EVARYA mobile application and related services. 1. Information we collect We may collect: - Account details such as your name, phone number, and email address. - Profile and delivery information such as shipping address and saved preferences. - Order information such as purchased items, totals, order history, and receipt uploads. - Device and app information such as push notification tokens, app version, device identifiers, language preference, and basic diagnostics needed to keep the service working. 2. How we use your information We use your information to: - Create and manage your account. - Process orders, confirm payments, and arrange shipping. - Send important order lifecycle notifications, such as order placement, receipt review, confirmation, cancellation, and delivery-related updates. - Provide customer support, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and improve app performance. - Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security obligations. 3. Push notifications If you allow notifications on your device, we may send service-related notifications about your account and orders. To deliver these messages, we store a device messaging token linked to your account until you log out, uninstall the app, or the token becomes inactive. 4. Payment receipts and verification When you upload a bank transfer receipt, we use it only to review and verify your payment for the related order. Authorized administrators may access receipt files and review notes as part of payment verification. 5. Sharing of information We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate the service, including: - Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. - Firebase services for secure messaging and notification delivery. - Internal administrators and support staff who need access to manage orders, receipts, or customer service. - Legal authorities when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights and users. 6. Data retention We retain account, order, and receipt data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
